Tuition & Enrollment at Kiddie City Learning Center

We’re excited to welcome children aged 2 to 5 at Kiddie City! We invite you and your little one to come by for a tour. It’s a great chance to meet our wonderful team and explore our classrooms designed just for their age group. Feel free to ask any questions about our lesson plans, daily schedules, activities, or meals during your visit. We also offer meals specially prepared for children with food allergies, all at no extra charge.

After your tour, if our program is a good fit for your child, we’ll guide you through the enrollment process. You’ll receive an Enrollment Package during your visit, which includes all the necessary forms for registration. For your convenience, you can also download, print, fill out, and return the forms listed below. We can’t wait to meet you and your child!

Inside the Enrollment Package, you’ll find the Child Care Food Program Application along with other important forms. Additionally, please include the physical and immunization records required by the state of Florida. These forms should be filled out by your child’s doctor.

If your child is joining our VPK program, there are a couple more forms you’ll need: the VPK Voucher and the Attendance Policy.

To ensure a smooth start, please submit all completed forms to the Kiddie City Director before or on the day of enrollment. Incomplete forms could cause a delay in your child’s first day, so we appreciate your attention to this detail!
